Rental Rates | ||

Rentals are available 365 day a year. Weekly rentals begin on Saturday afternoon and conclude the following Saturday morning. A deposit of 50% is required with your reservation and the balance is due 30 days prior to check in. (Allow 3 weeks for mail delivery to the Bahamas). In the event you must cancel, we will gladly refund your deposit if we are able to re-rent the cottage for the period you have reserved. All linens and towels are provided. Personal flashlights, insect repellent, sunglasses, an extra beach towel, and a raincoat for "liquid sunshine" showers are all recommended. A light sweater and wind breaker are also recommended in the winter months. Bring your favorite CD' for your personal entertainment. | ||
